Berger Primary School are currently working with HMDT Music, an award-winning arts education charity using local and national artists.

HMDT have been collaborating with Berger and other Hackney schools for the last 25 years and have recently set up The E-Project which links schools across the country. Providing a platform through which schools can share their good practice and support each other in developing a creative approach towards teaching diversity within the curriculum.

In the Autumn term, Year Two worked with the multimedia artist Sophie Greswell. Constructing a shared portrait of Mary Seacole and Florence Nightingale, looking particularly at representation, migration and how that formed the roots of the NHS today.
