Our overarching enquiry question this half term was ‘Would you rather live in a hot or cold desert?’ We explored this through learning about both types of deserts and learning about both of the habitats! We made shoeboxes with our preferred desert for WOW day.

In art, we explored printing inspired by Zarah Hussain! We printed with hand-made stamps, rocks and even tomatoes!

In maths, we focused on learning addition and subtraction facts.

In religious studies, we explored the question ‘What is important to Jewish people?’ We finished our week of studies with having a Shabbat lunch outside in the sun.

In computing, we were journalists and practiced using the voice memo and video function to record sounds!

In PSHE, we focused on mental health and how to regulate our emotions through the Zones of Regulation.
