No pens Wednesday
There was no writing done in school today because it’s ‘No Pens Day’. Children had a great deal of fun. In literacy, children acted out Mary Seacole’s life. In maths, they explored shape and thought about properties of 2D shapes, such as how many sides and vertices, and straight and curved sides. In art, children used shape to create pieces of art using paint, print and pastels, All in all; a very fun day!
