Copper Beech class welcomed the year by having a Wow day about the Romans. They dressed up in togas and made laurel wreaths for their heads. Children also made Roman coins by icing biscuits. Finally, children had a Roman banquet, eating food that Romans would eat, such as bread, honey, olives, cucumber, cheese and grapes.
